Horsepower Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of aftermarket throttle bodies and related products engineered to provide you more power and performance to complete your EFI build.  We design and manufacture a wide variety of products that include throttle bodies, intakes, air cleaners, injectors, push rods and rocker arms. 

Our beginning dates back to the summer of 2002 when members of our crew were utilizing our facility after hours to improve the performance of their fuel injected bikes.  We knew then there was a need for performance products for the EFI market.

Our mission is to offer you upgrades to replace your stock components for increased horsepower and torque.

All Horsepower Inc. manufacturing is done in the United States on state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment from US materials and US labor.

Our units provide a crisp throttle response and are flow bench tested for unparalleled dyno-proven performance to increase airflow and to allow for substantial increases in horsepower and torque.

Each HPI big bore throttle body is fully machined and ported internally for unmatched flow compared to other throttle body manufacturers.

All of our throttle bodies feature a stainless steel shaft and spring to resist corrosion.  Each HPI throttle body is equipped with a sealed double roller bearing for a smooth throttle operation and response.  Increased strength of brass throttle blade and shaft resist deflection, helping to maintain throttle position accuracy, which absorbs vibration and engine harmonics.  All this leads to a product that is easier to tune, and produces a better running bike.
