2006-Present Harley-Davidson EFI Models (Cable Driven)

Our aftermarket units are available for 2006-2007 Harley-Davidson models and are fully compatible with all OEM factory components.  Each unit is supplied with intake flanges for use on present or past heads.

Units are available in 51mm, 55mm and 58mm sizes that have intake runner diameters for 1.660, 1.710 and 1.800 dimensions.

Horsepower Inc. is the original manufacturer of the big bore throttle body.  The unit is designed, tested and re-tested to supply unmatched quality airflow to achieve maximum horsepower and torque gain.  When it comes to V-twin fuel injection, Horsepower Inc. dyno proven throttle bodies should be your only choice.

The original big bore throttle body is available in 51mm, 55mm and 58mm sizes that have intake runner diameters for 1.660, 1.710 and 1.800 dimensions.

2008-Present

Through a core exchange program, we modify the existing stock units to meet your specific needs.  The stock 50mm FBW  throttle body is bored to a 54mm and attached is a custom intake manifold specific to your build requirements.  The stock 58mm FBW throttle body is turned into a large plenum throttle body through a 62mm intake attachment, once again specific to your build requirements. 

Available intake port port diameters are 1.660, 1.710, and 1.800.  Extended deck lengths are raised .032, .060, and a file to fit option.  Through these modifications, HPI is able to offer our customers a FBW throttle body solution that is affordable and unmatched in quality.

Max Flow™ Series Throttle Bodies
2001-Present Delphi Models

The Max Flow Series throttle bodies and intakes have a large plenum design to maximize mid and high rpm power and torque.  This design is ideal for larger cubic inch motors.  The straight through bore offers maximum airflow.  Perfectly suited for these units are the Eliminator Air Cleaner.  No need to worry about air restriction with this powerful combination.  

Available in 55mm throttle body to a 58mm ported manifold, 58mm throttle body to a 62mm ported manifold, and straight 62mm.  These units are available in 1.710 and 1.800 intake runner diameters and accepts the factory Delphi bolt pattern.

MMXF Max Magnetti Marelli Throttle Bodies

Our MMXF throttle bodies are an extension of our current Magnetti Marelli throttle bodies that solve injector issues by allowing more air and fuel to pass and are made to accommodate larger cubic inch engines.  Each throttle body is supplied with Delphi style injectors, billet fuel rail, 62-psi fuel regulators and factory Harley-Davidson fuel lines for easy installation.

*Both the Magnetti Marelli and MMXF Max Magnetti Marelli throttle bodies require Delphi/CV bolt pattern air cleaners.
