REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days provided:

1.  You are the original purchaser and you purchased your items directly from HPI or an approved dealer. 

2.  You have a copy of the original receipt in the box with your current contact information and reason for return.

3.  The item is new, in its original packaging and has not been used, installed or tampered with in any way.

4.  You receive a RMA number from HPI.

Your package must be postmarked on or before 30 days from the date of purchase.

Credit will be issued for merchandise only.  Freight, handling and associated fees are not refundable.  Credit will be issued in the same form of payment as originally received.  For international shipments, please call or email info@horsepowerinc.net.  All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please note: custom manufactured, special built, and special ordered items are NOT refundable.
