*HPi ONLY DYNO TUNES FOR CUSTOMER BUILDS WITH HPi PRODUCTS. Dyno tuning is performed seasonally, usually during the months of April-August depending on outside temperatures, and by appointment and drop off only. You CANNOT wait for your service to be done, we will call you when finished. Motorcycles must be ready to go on dyno, for example, clean, battery charged, full tank of gas, tires in good condition, parts in tact and ready to go. If current exhaust system does not have 18mm O2 bungs, extra labor charges will be applied to Invoice to insert adaptors for tune. If you show up with a motorcycle that is not ready or we feel is not safe to run, you will be asked to pick it up and make a new appointment when it is in a condition for the dyno. If you do not show up or call to cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment, charges will apply.

Not Equipped for Big Wheel Bikes Exceeding 26in Wheel.

*Power Commander tunes can take up to 2-3 hours.
*TTS & Racer Tuners can take up to 3-5 hours.
*Diagnostics are about 30-60 minutes.

*Additional labor charges may be added depending on time put into tune or difficulties during the tune.

*Bikes must have a full tank of gas when brought in for tune or a $50 surcharge will be added to the bill.

*Battery must be charged prior to tune.
