What is Horsepower

Horsepower Inc. (HPi) is a second generation owned, manufacturer of performance fuel injected parts for Harley-Davidson® motorcycles.  The shop is based out of Indianapolis, Indiana and is a one stop shop for performance upgrades from start to finish.  The machine shop manufactures their own product line in-house on state-of-the-art equipment from United States materials and United States labor.  The fab department utilizes top of the line fixtures and equipment for that art-like, hand crafted finished product HPi is known for.  Their service department is second to none with a knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional staff that can perform basic installs to complete engine builds.  For over 20 years, HPi has been proudly serving the public as well as over 150 Dealers in the United States and Worldwide.

It all started in 2002 when HPi was the first company to manufacture an aftermarket throttle body and intake replacement for the Harley-Davidson® industry.  HPi has continued to lead the way in v-twin fuel injection.  With their success in quality of parts and knowledge in the industry, HPi has been able to keep up with the changes of design Harley-Davidson® has made to their existing components and have expanded their product line offering a throttle body upgrade for every fuel injected Harley-Davidson® motorcycle.
 

A key advantage over competitors is the fact that HPi continues to react to changes in the fuel injection market before anyone else.  They are one of the only companies to offer a throttle body for all makes and models of Harley-Davidson® motorcycles that fits all popular build specifications, while staying O.E.M. compatible making the product affordable for consumers.  Their technology, quality, and knowledge in parts is also unmatched.
 

Over the years HPi has invested tremendously in new technology to expand their product line and produce quality products they are proud to stand behind.  Through knowledge in the industry, new design software, multi-axis machining centers, inspection equipment, and overall great customer service, Horsepower has excelled where others have failed.

 

Horsepower Today   

Today, Horsepower Inc. is proud to produce an entire product line of American Made performance parts for fuel injected Harley-Davidson’s®.  These performance products include, throttle bodies, air cleaners, hand-made exhaust systems, injectors, fuel rails, and much more.  What they do not offer in-house, they can get from their performance industry partners they have built close, respected relationships with to produce quality combinations for any desired build.  Unlike other companies, all aspects of HPi's design and manufacturing process is completed in-house.

The HPi service area is professionally equipped for full service needs from bike lifts for complete engine builds, quality tooling, to a professionally installed DynoJet 250IX dyno room.  No build is complete without a proper dyno tune also offered in-house by one of the most respected dyno tuners in the Country.  From start to finish, HPi offers all the possibilities for a bulletproof performance build.
